My name is Cindy and two years ago I made a decision to get healthy for my children and for me. I found myself not having energy, motivation, or desire to do anything. I couldn't stand myself.
I had always been overweight. When I did lose weight I would gain back and then some. I was tired of it! I knew it was going to be difficult but I had to start somewhere....I started by using the gym membership I was paying for.
I started by trying several classes at my gym. It didn't take to long for me to fall in love with zumba...and once I found the instructor for me.....there was no going back.
Two years later....I am now officially a gym rat. I take and enjoy Zumba, Kickboxing, TRX, Zumba Toning, and Spin. I also recently added a 6 week session of Tabata Bootcamp!
I still love food but I do watch what I eat. I recently started counting calories in and calories burned. This seems to be helping.
